Every Nakheel block is surveyed for soil chemistry, water access, and wind exposure in Sahl Albaraka before it enters the development pipeline.

We level, drain, and install drip-irrigation backbones, windbreaks, and on-site agronomy facilities so the farm is ready for premium planting.

Tissue-Culture Planting
Certified Medjool and Barhi saplings are planted in disciplined blocks, giving investors a uniform, high-yield asset from day one.

Agronomy & Smart Irrigation
Sensor-driven drip lines and resident agronomists monitor nutrition, pest pressure, and pollination throughout the year.
